By working with us to buy your next home, you will receive 20% of the commission we are paid by the seller upon a home closing*
If your buying a home in the Vancouver, Camas, Washougal, and surrounding areas in SW Washington. You just found a great opportunity. These days, when comes to buying a home your doing a lot of the work. But your buyer agent still gets the same fee from the seller when a deal closes. Typically half of the standard 6% commission, about $10000 on a $400,000 property.

* Rebate is unavailable were prohibited by law. Rebate is available only to buyers who close escrow/proceed to final settlement with a representative of NWMOVE.COM acting as their sole and exclusive agent in the purchase of real estate. For homes with a final sales price of $150,000.00 or more, the rebate is 20% of our commistion and is based on a standard 2.7% buyers agent commission. Occasionally, the seller and/or listing broker in a transaction will offer the broker representing the buyer less then 2.7% commission. Any commission under 2.7% are not allegeable for the full 20% of our commistion rebate. In this case the buyer rebate will be anything remaining above 2% of our commision but not more then 20% of total commition. Example if commission is 2.4% buyer will receive .4% rebate. For homes with a final sales price of $149,999.99 or less, the rebate is 10% of the total buyers agents commission. The rebate will be paid or credited to the party or parties named as the "buyer(s)" or "borrower(s)" on the HUD-1 Closing Statement or equivalent official closing statement. This rebate program is only available where permitted under state and federal law and when not otherwise prohibited by the buyer's lender(s). The rebate program is not available in Oregon.
